Shweta is an experienced Business development professional with 12 years of experience in the IP field. She holds a Masters degree in Biotechnology and also has earned her LLB degree. She is also a co-inventor of an Indian Granted Patent and has been a WIPO candidate from India for an advanced course in Intellectual Property to Israel. In her previous experience she has headed the IP cell of a deemed University wherein she was responsible to guide the R&D labs of the University, build its IP Portfolio and also support in commercialization activity. She has been keynote speaker at various conferences at the National level. She started her career as a Patent Analyst before moving to Client Engagement Role and has worked on Novelty searches, FTO and patent drafting in her initial days. She has been an integral part of the Business Development Strategy in her previous roles and carries experience of handling USA, Europe and Indian clients.

Anand is one of the founding members of Epiphany. At Epiphany, he is involved in business development activities and he also works closely with the operations team on the execution of projects. Anand is currently serving as an external consultant on IP matters for several technology companies, where his involvement as an Of-counsel has helped R&D teams in coming up with invention disclosures and assisted technology companies in protecting their IP. He has also delivered numerous lectures and conducted workshops on topics ranging from ideation, protection to commercialization of innovations. Anand is a registered patent agent with the Indian Patent Office (IPO), a certified patent valuation analyst (CPVA), and has over fifteen years of experience in the IP industry. Before founding Epiphany, Anand worked in senior roles with patent service delivery firms, and also briefly worked with Bechtel Telecommunications as a radio frequency Engineer on a UMTS up-gradation project for AT&T in Los Angeles, California. He received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and his master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland (College Park), where he worked closely with the office of technology commercialization (OTC) on technologies developed at the University in collaboration with NASA and NSF. At UMD, Anand started the Telecommunications department newsletter 'TeleScope' and edited the Spring and Fall 2003 editions as well as contributed cover-page articles.

Nitesh Tamta is the Lead for Trademarks division at. Graduated from Gujarat National Law University in BBA LLB (Hons.), Mr. Nitesh Tamta has been dealing with various trademark, copyright, patents and design matters since last 4 years now. He has been extensively engaged in all aspects of trademark and copyright registration process from search, documentation and e-filing, handling various aspects of prosecution, to attending hearings at the registry, making renewals and ensuring portfolio management for clients. He is skilled in performing legal research and provides legal opinion and counsels clients on various IP matters based on the situations and requirements of the clients. From software and technology to the entertainment industry, from financial management to architecture, he has advised and assisted a variety of clients in multiple domains.

Vinayanand is one of the founding members of Epiphany and handles the global delivery team for overall project execution and operations at Epiphany. Vinay is a registered patent attorney with the Indian Patent Office and has been instrumental in providing IP services to various clients ranging from fortune 500 corporations to law firms to individual inventors for more than one and a half-decade. Vinay has a deep understanding of patent laws of various jurisdictions and has been providing his expert advice and services to clients across the globe on IP matters irrespective of the size, domain, and jurisdiction of the clients. Prior to founding Epiphany, Vinay worked in leading roles in a few IP services firms, and also briefly worked with the system integration division of HCL Infosystems. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Karnataka University, India, has a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and has done an advanced course in VLSI Design from the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Pune. Vinay was also recognized as Top 300 IP Strategist for the year 2018 by IAM Media magazine.

Gurpreet is a Electronics Engineer and holds a Masters degree in Signal Processing from MITS University. Aside from following an intensive course work degree in Electronics, she has also been a part of disrupting patent-eligible projects. She is an experienced IP professional and has experience in diverse areas of IPR that are: Infringement Searches, preparing Claim Charts, Patent drafting, Patent Search etc. Before joining Epiphany she has worked with in IPR division of reputed firms such as LG Soft. She currently works as as a Team Lead for the Infringement Team and is involved in the Infringement Searches and Preparation of EoU charts. After completion of seven professional years, her core expertise lies in Infringement Analysis and conducting different types of patent and literature searches. She has performed various Infringement Searches, Patentability studies and Invalidity studies on both paid and free databases.

Harpreet has more than  5 years of work experience in IPR focusing on Patent Search and Analytics. He has a strong hold and relative experience in various technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR, Robotics, etc and telecom domain such as 4G/5G standards, standard based searching and IEEE contribution analysis related to 802.11 standards. He’s skilled at patentability/novelty searches, Invalidity searches, FTO & State of the Art searches, Target Market Research, Handling Unstructured requests and Claim charting and EoU development. Harpreet has also been awarded  Power of One (H2 2020) Team Award at Evalueserve for exceptional client feedback for an On demand Project.
