Rule 121

121. Period within which copies of specification etc. are to be filed.—

The period within which copies of specification or corresponding documents are to be filed by the applicant under sub-section (1) of section 138 shall be three months from the date of communication by the Controller.

121A. Address of Communications.—

All communications in relation to any proceeding under the Act or these rules shall be addressed to the Controller at the appropriate office.
